It is held so that I can make contact with you and you can request that it be deleted at any time should you wish.

My Counselling Agreement has a more detailed explanation of confidentiality, privacy and data protection. If you were to begin therapy with me I would ask you to read it thoroughly before signing. You are also welcome to ask for a copy prior to any further contact by emailing me directly, a telephone call or a text message. All I would need is your email address.
